Dr. Althea 147 Barrier Cream is designed to restore and strengthen a weakened skin barrier. "147" represents three key strengths: moisturizing, barrier-repair and soothing. Skin with a weak barrier loses moisture quickly, becomes irritated, and can be affected by external elements. This cream prevents moisture loss (TEWL - Trans-Epidermal Water Loss) by creating a protective layer over the skin, while still allowing the skin to breathe. Particularly great in winter, after long-term use of retinol or AHAs, or for anyone whose skin feels tight and extremely dry.
How to Use Dr. Althea 147 Barrier Cream
Apply a sufficient amount to palms and gently massage onto clean face and neck. For very dry skin, apply a thick layer at night and leave as an overnight mask. Use morning and evening.
